CLASSES ARE BY DONATION!! We practice Yoga together each week at the Plymouth Fire Hall in Conshohocken! This summer we will be alternating between practicing Sunday mornings at 9AM and Monday evenings at 5PM. Here are the summer classes: Mondays at 5PM - 6/4, 6/18, 7/2, 7/16, 7/30, 8/13 Sundays at 9AM - 6/10, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, and 8/5 (Class on 6/24 will begin at 8:30 due to an early hall rental) There will be no class the last two weeks in August and Labor Day weekend!

We walk and hike at a moderate pace of about a mile per 30 minutes in suburban Philly parks and main street towns. We will accommodate beginning walkers and hikers.
