When found Ti Chi at local gym run by ARRP, I was so Excited. But, I found I could not keep my balance. I found Gigong. It was perfect for my Sciatica, and Spinal Stenosis And Arsteopea (poor bone density) due to high doses of Prednisone and weekly Chemo Injections I needed something clost to Ti Chi but not so complicated.
