Hello:) This meetup will concentrate at this time mainly on weekly evening walks. I personally walk at a fairly brisk pace. I will continue to walk at my pace and those that can match this pace would get a reasonable good cardiovascular work out. I am sure there are individuals that will walk faster and slower.
